How to get a contractor license in Wyoming
Wyoming does not issue a state-level general contractor license; licensing happens at the city or county level. Wyoming does not license general contractors at the state level; licensing is handled by counties, cities, and towns, whose licenses must be recognized statewide under the contractor license reciprocity statute (W.S. 16-6-1101, which references ICC examinations), while electricians are licensed by the State Fire Marshal's Office.
